A Liberty of London Tulip-Print Dress

Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to the Mathilda-Georgia-Farrah-Meryl dress.  Too many names for you? I agree. But, that seems to be the way of it these days – names for patterns, names for fabric, names for sewing machines. Next up we’ll have names for our presser feet! Won’t that be confusing?! Strips And Stripes

When I ordered this striped cotton voile at Mood Fabrics online, I had no idea what I was going to do with it.  But white-n-black combos were on sale, and if something on sale piques my interest, that’s a chance to get enough yardage to fearlessly cut and piece and drape till I like what I see. Summer Seaside Dress

Hi, everyone! It’s finally summer here in NYC, so for my June project, I wanted to make a dress fit for a vacation (even though I don’t have any trips planned, boo). I feel like I’m ready to sail away on a yacht in this dress!
