Chicago winters should never be taken lightly.  The arctic blast is brutal, and lasts longer than the average North American winter.  Baby, it’s cold outside!  Everyone needs an extra layer under a warm coat to protect them from the wind and snow. What are your plans for All Hallows Eve? After wearing a ratty black cloak for 600 years, I was in the Mood for a makeover. How do you like it?
